Taco Inc

Terms of use

Last updated 21 September 2026

These terms cover the Taco Inc apps — Evenfall and Daysworth — however you came by them. Installing or using an app means you accept them.

What you may do

Use the apps on any device you own, for as long as you like, for anything lawful. What you write in them is yours: we claim no ownership of it and could not read it if we wanted to. You may not resell the apps, take them apart to make a competing copy, or work around the payment for the paid features.

The Pro unlock

Pro is a single payment, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged again. It unlocks the paid features on the Google account that bought it, and the Restore button brings it back on a new phone signed in with that account. Payment and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms; if you want a refund, ask Google first, and write to us if that goes nowhere.

Paid features may change as the apps grow. We will not take away something you have already paid for.

Your data is your responsibility

The apps keep everything on your device and send nothing to us, which also means we hold no copy. If you lose your phone, uninstall the app, or wipe your device, what was in it is gone and we cannot recover it. Both apps can export a backup file; please use it.

With Pro you can also turn on syncing, which keeps a copy in a hidden folder in your own Google Drive so your devices stay in step. That copy is yours and sits under Google's terms; we never see it and cannot restore it for you either. Syncing depends on Google Drive being available, and we do not promise it will be.

No warranty

The apps are provided as they are. We do our best to make them correct and careful, but we do not promise they will be free of faults or available at all times, and to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from using them — including lost entries, missed reminders or a counter that shows the wrong number. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending it

You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop distributing or supporting an app, though anything already installed keeps working on your device.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
